With Lincoln+Alexa, you can now bring Alexa with you on the road hassle-free. Simply connect your phone, launch the Lincoln+Alexa app, and interact with Alexa through your Lincoln vehicle. Even amidst road noise, Alexa remains attentive and offers you a wide array of information and Skills, akin to what an Echo device provides at home. Alexa's recognizable voice and responses are channeled through your car's speakers, granting you access to thousands of skills and services cherished by Echo users.

• Alexa Capabilities: Access a multitude of capabilities similar to those available at home, such as managing smart home devices, ordering food, checking weather updates, monitoring sports scores, reviewing and updating schedules, among other functionalities.
• Navigation: Inquire Alexa about a point of interest (POI) or request navigation to a specific POI. Alexa seamlessly hands off the POI to the in-car navigation system, if available, or to your phone for detailed turn-by-turn directions.
• Entertainment: Utilize Amazon Music, TuneIn, and iHeartRadio with Alexa for playing music (skipping tracks, fast-forwarding, rewinding, playing, pausing, etc.) and even making song purchases. The vehicle's display shows artist details, track information, and album art simultaneously.

For this feature to work optimally, ensure that your SYNC 3 Software Version is 2.2 or higher. To verify the Software Version on your SYNC 3 touchscreen, access: Settings > General > About SYNC. The top line will exhibit the current Software Version (SYNC 3, Software Version: X.X). Customers have the option to upgrade to the latest Software Version through automatic home Wi-Fi updates* or a USB download from owner.lincoln.com.
*Note: Wi-Fi updates might not be available for SYNC 3 versions lacking navigation functionality.
